I've received each carrier’s revised proposals that contemplate part-time work. This wraps up our marketing effort for the Insured, and as you can see below, we have a couple different options on the table.

Aspen’s and Kinsale’s terms would be the most affordable, but their forms each come with different highlights and drawbacks. For this Insured, Kinsale's proposal includes an Incident Sensitive Claims Trigger, Defense Inside, and Consent to Settle with Hammer. They also throw in a $25k HIPAA reimbursement and an optional $100k Cyber sublimit. Please note Kinsale’s terms and conditions, as well as exclusions.

I should have Aspen's formal quote very soon. Once that's in, I can compare their coverage highlights as well.

Admiral's proposal also comes with an Incident Sensitive Claims Trigger, Defense Inside the Limits, and Consent to Settle with Hammer. They include a $25k/$50k HIPAA and a $5k/$25k Admin Actions Defense sublimit.

Hudson's proposal for this Insured may be seen as a bit more restrictive because it comes with Defense Inside, No consent to Settle, and a Written Demand Claims Trigger.

Lastly, MedPro's form comes with the bells and whistles. Defense is Outside, Full Consent to Settle, and an Incident Sensitive Claims Trigger. They also include DD&R and $10k Disciplinary, Licensing, and Actions Coverage sublimit. Their minimum premium here is $5,000 whether the Insured is part-time or full-time.
